What a fit score can and cannot tell you

A Huntly fit score compares the evidence in your profile with what a listing asks for: responsibilities, tools, seniority signals and context.

It is a way of ordering a long list so the roles you read first are the ones most likely to reward the reading.

It cannot see the hiring manager's shortlist, an internal candidate, a budget freeze, or how much a team values a portfolio over a title.

Treat a lower score as a prompt to look closer, not as a closed door. If you can explain the gap credibly, apply.
