Privacy Policy
How Huntly handles your personal data.
Last updated 12 August 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and authentication details.
- Career information you provide: your CV, work history, skills and job preferences.
- Product activity: the roles you view, save and apply to, and the documents Huntly prepares for you.
- Technical data: device and log information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with roles, score how closely your experience fits a listing, prepare application documents for your review, keep your application history, provide support and keep the service secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your profile with employers, recruiters or advertisers as a sales lead. Applications reach an employer only when you approve them.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors for hosting, storage, authentication, payments and AI processing. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes described here.
