Getting started

What does Huntly actually do?: Huntly imports your CV and preferences, finds roles that match them, scores how well your experience lines up, and prepares tailored application documents for you to review.
Do I need a finished CV to begin?: No. You can start with whatever you have. Huntly reads what is there and highlights the gaps worth filling before you apply anywhere.
How long does setup take?: Uploading a CV and setting your first search usually takes a few minutes. Refining preferences after you see your first matches is where most of the value comes from.

What is a fit score?: It is a reading of the overlap between the evidence in your profile and what a listing asks for. It helps you decide what to read first — it is not a prediction of whether you will be hired.
Why did a role I like get a low score?: Usually because the listing asks for something your profile does not yet show. If you can explain the gap credibly, apply anyway.

Does Huntly apply to jobs without asking me?: No. Every document Huntly prepares waits for your review, and nothing is submitted until you approve it.
Can I edit the drafts?: Yes. Drafts open in an editor so you can change wording, tone and emphasis before anything goes out.

Is my search visible to my current employer?: No. Your activity stays private to your account and Huntly does not publish a profile or an open-to-work signal.
Can I delete my data?: Yes. You can export or delete what Huntly holds about you from your account.
How much does Huntly cost?: Plan tiers are described on the Pricing page. Final prices and monthly limits are still being set, so we have not published numbers yet.
