Keep financial details private until you are hired
Bank details, card numbers and national identifiers belong in a signed employment process with a verified employer, never in a chat or an early-stage form.
Verify before you engage
Check the company independently, look for the same role on its own careers page, and be wary of addresses on free email domains or messaging-app-only interviews.
Be careful when pressure appears
An offer with no interview, an unusually high salary for little experience, or a demand to decide within hours are all signs to slow down.
Report what you see
