The service

Huntly helps you discover and evaluate job opportunities and prepares application documents for your review. Huntly is not an employer, an employment agency or a recruiter, and it does not represent you to any company.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be legally able to work in the markets you apply to and old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You keep ownership of your CV and the material you upload. You grant Huntly the permission needed to process that material in order to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false information in applications prepared through Huntly.
• Do not use Huntly to send unlawful, abusive or misleading communications.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or scrape the service.

Third-party listings and employers

Job listings originate outside Huntly. We do not verify employers and cannot guarantee that a listing, recruiter or company is legitimate, accurate or still open. Please read Fraud & Safety before sharing personal information with any employer.

No guaranteed outcome

Huntly does not promise interviews, offers or employment. Matching and fit scores are aids to your judgement, and AI-generated drafts may contain errors, so review everything before you approve it.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, prices and any usage limits will be presented before you subscribe. Where a paid plan applies, billing terms, renewal and cancellation are shown at the point of purchase.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is and may change as we develop it. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You can stop using Huntly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
